MISSION STATEMENT

The Learning Center is dedicated to promoting  nationally accredited pre-school education, after-  school care and family literacy to children and families  in underserved neighborhoods. 

The Learning Center provides nationally accredited, affordable, quality pre-school education to low-income families in the west Tampa area and in the Seminole Heights community. We prepare children for kindergarten and a lifetime of learning. We also offer an after-school homework assistance program and a comprehensive family literacy program.
